This has been an interesting week. I'm getting back on track in redoubling my efforts, as I had fallen into a comfortable state which in one way is a great thing and what we are aiming for - creating new, healthy habits that don't take much effort to implement, because they have become second nature.
I’ve thought that one of these would be the perfect thing to have and here they are.
Instead of having to fool around with water pitchers taking up room in the fridge, or running out of water when you go out, you can fill your water bottle directly anywhere you go and get filtered water.
I found that I was having a very hard time getting back into the habit of drinking water. I used to love my water bottle but was finding that as it was getting older it just didn’t seem as fresh anymore.
