Here it is, a beautiful summer day and I am so excited.
Since finishing the Spring Fit Yummy Mummy Challenge, things have been holding, going up and down here and there but I have not been consistently motivated as I was during the challenge.

The results are in for the final Fit Yummy Mummy Challenge contestants, which is very exciting. I don't know who to vote for, there are some rockin' hot mama's and everyone has made some amazing changes.
When I first heard of it, frankly I was skeptical. Spinach in a smoothie? I could see that should putting spinach in a smoothie work out, it could be just what I was looking for to get a little extra quality greens into my diet. So I went for it.
During my time without coffee I was relatively calm, as soon as I introduced it back, I was a raving lunatic over things that prior wouldn't have bothered me. It was a big eye opener.
I picked up a pack the other day and was amazed to see that they contain a whopping amount of vitamin C, which is especially important to having elastic skin. As you lose weight, you will want elastic skin that looks healthy, so eat your lima beans!
As I have been learning more and experimenting with new foods, or old favourites, I am sometimes surprised at what I am learning.
So I will be posting these quick tips here.
